Short Professional Summary:
I started my career with Inizio with a background in very different industries -funeral service and non-profit. While the experiences were vastly different, at their core live the need to be sure that the machine runs smoothly. I love being behind the scenes, enabling the team to do client work seamlessly without having to worry about all the little details I revel in. Processes -whether following or creating is where I thrive. I love my work because it allows me to obsess over details. Systems allow us to carve out a little bit of control in an otherwise chaotic world.
What are really passionate about at work?
I am a helper. I love being able to make things easier for others. By creating an unchallenging path for the team to do their work, I am ultimately helping clients make the lives of patients easier, and therefore better.
A Personal Snapshot
Whether it is running, spin, pilates or otherwise working out, I can most often be found in leggings, sweating profusely, when not at my desk. & while I enjoy exercising myself, my real favorite cardio is talking others into doing so too. Almost everything is more fun w a friend, but that is often truest at the gym or on a run. Holding each other accountable is the glue in many of my friendships
