Welcome to the Team: Isabelle Amick, Senior Director of Data Science

We’re thrilled to announce that Isabelle Amick has joined Propensity4 as our new Senior Director of Data Science!

Isabelle brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and technical innovation to the team. With over a decade of experience across pharmaceutical research, data science, and machine learning, she will be leading our efforts to embed advanced modeling and AI-driven insights into our forecasting and analytics offerings.

Her background is as impressive as it is diverse:

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Chemical Biology & Medicinal Chemistry) from UNC Chapel Hill
• M.S. in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley
• B.A. in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University

From developing generative AI solutions for healthcare, to building predictive models that improve patient engagement and payer strategy, Isabelle has consistently transformed complex data into clear, strategic value. She even led a machine learning–guided antiviral discovery program during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing the kind of innovation and impact she brings to everything she does.

Isabelle’s work is deeply personal and mission-driven, inspired by her mother’s fight with glioblastoma. Her passion for using data to connect patients with life-extending therapies fuels her every day and it’s a mission we’re proud to support.

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her husband, son, dog, and two cats.
