Sese is the Managing Director and Chief Methodologist at PROPENSITY4. He is an experienced Commercial Analytics and Insight professional with cross industry experience covering life sciences, financial services and retail apparel. Starting as an analyst at Redcats USA, and later working as a Senior Statistician at IMS, his background in manipulating data led to his success in leading business insights teams while at AstraZeneca. In these roles and organizations, Sese successfully led several commercial insight processes and teams and implemented enterprise-wide commercial effectiveness innovation initiatives. His expertise in narrowing in on data that builds powerful product and brand marketing programs, coupled with a passion for entrepreneurship drove him to create the predecessor company to PROPENSITY4. Sese also serves on the board of Booker T. Washington Economic Development Committee, West Chester Friends School, and is an adjunct professor of Applied Statistics at West Chester University. His love of teaching, problem-solving, giving back and entrepreneurship is a driving force behind his endeavors and future goals.
